The volunteer should be fully comfortable in either of these (preferable both), but must be able to teach the staff how to do this by themselves, and to be able to commit for a minimum of three months. |

| A website designer is needed to set up a website for one of the institutes belonging to the Tibetan Government in Exile. The designer should also preferably be able to assist the institute with fixing some software and hardware issues of various kinds, as well as providing guidance for the maintenance of both website and general computer related issues. |

| A computer hardware specialist is needed for Nonprofit computer consulting organisation. Volunteer should have the minimum 5 years professional experience in trouble-shooting and repair of hardware. Volunteer would be expected to train and share knowledge with the organizations existing staff. Minimum of 2 weeks time commitment is required, but longer term is preferred.

| A Windoows server specialist is needed to consult and train the staff of a nonprofit computer repair center. Extensive knowledge should be specifically in Windows Server 2000 or 2003.
